Orbit Credits · V2

A clear price for each outcome.

Credits are charged when Orbit records a completed work outcome, not for every click, token or lookup attempt. Research and contact discovery can use credits before an email is sent.

01 / Qualified research
2 Orbit Credits

A qualified candidate found

Orbit finds and qualifies someone relevant to your task.

02 / Contact discovery
3 Orbit Credits

Contact information obtained

Orbit obtains contact information for that prospect. A lookup attempt alone is not this outcome.

03 / Completed outreach
5 Orbit Credits

An outreach task completed

Orbit records the outreach outcome for the prospect. Credits measure completed work, not guaranteed delivery, replies or offers.

2 + 3 + 5 = 10 Orbit Credits

One prospect who completes all three stages uses 10 credits. This is a worked example, not a fixed price for every email: candidates researched or contacts found may use credits even when you do not complete outreach to them.

For example: 100 qualified candidates × 2 + 60 contacts obtained × 3 + 40 completed outreach tasks × 5 = 580 Orbit Credits, not 400.

Why did my balance change before I sent anything?

Qualified research and contact discovery are separately metered outcomes. Preparing a draft-only task is therefore not a free-research mode, and a credit balance is not a count of sent emails.

What happens if no email address is found?

A lookup that does not obtain contact information does not earn the 3-credit contact charge. An earlier qualified-candidate outcome still costs 2 credits. A later failed or skipped stage does not erase work already completed.

Are the larger credit balances ten times as much capacity?

No. Credit V2 uses a 10× denomination compared with the earlier beta, and splits charges across research, contacts and outreach. The higher displayed balance is a unit change, not a promise of ten times as many emails.

Do credits roll over, and how do I cancel?

Monthly plan credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over. The Recruiting Season Pass provides one allowance for each three-month subscription period. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Open Manage billing in Orbit to manage your subscription through Stripe.

One shared balance

Research, contact discovery and completed outreach draw from the same Orbit Credit allowance. Orbit Credits are not interchangeable with email counts.

Recurring billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown until canceled. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

Payment and control

Stripe securely processes payment. Choose your plan and manage billing in Orbit. Review the amount and billing interval at checkout.
