1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Orbit, a software product operated by Angelic ("Orbit," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading Orbit, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Orbit.
2. What Orbit provides
Orbit is an AI-assisted professional relationship workspace. It can research professional information, help evaluate prospective contacts, organize relevant context, draft personalized communications, organize follow-ups, and use browser sessions on your device to perform actions you request. Features may change as the product develops.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may use only accounts that belong to you or that you are authorized to use. Keep your device and account access secure, and provide accurate account and billing information.
4. Your responsibility
You decide whom to contact and remain responsible for all content and actions sent through your accounts. You must comply with applicable privacy, anti-spam, employment, consumer protection, and other laws, along with the rules of your school, employer, and third-party services. Monitor work performed through your connected accounts and stop it when necessary.
5. Third-party services
Orbit may work with services such as LinkedIn, Gmail, Google, AI providers, email discovery providers, and Stripe. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, limit, or withdraw access. Orbit does not guarantee continued access to any third-party service. Automated activity may carry a risk of account restriction under a third party's rules; you accept responsibility for how you choose to use your connected accounts.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Orbit to break the law; send deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or unlawful messages; contact people who have opted out; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; bypass security or access controls; interfere with the service; extract credentials; or resell access without our written permission.
7. Plans, subscriptions, and credits
Current prices and allowances are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed monthly or three-month interval until canceled. Orbit Credits are a service allowance with no cash value. Credit V2 uses one shared Orbit Credit balance across completed work outcomes: 2 credits for a qualified candidate found, 3 for contact information obtained, and 5 for completed outreach. Credits can be consumed before an email is sent; they are not a count or guarantee of sent emails, delivery, replies, or recruiting outcomes. The credit explanation describes the current charging model. Monthly credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over. The Recruiting Season Pass provides the allowance shown for each three-month subscription period.
8. Payments and cancellation
Angelic provides Orbit and Stripe securely processes payment details, receipts, subscription renewals, and supported payment methods. You can cancel a subscription at any time through the Orbit billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Your content and our software
You retain your rights in the résumé, instructions, drafts, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content to provide, secure, and improve the service. Orbit and its software, design, and branding remain owned by us and our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute Orbit except where applicable law expressly permits.
10. Availability and product results
Orbit may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not promise any particular networking result, reply, interview, employment outcome, address accuracy, message delivery, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Orbit is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, data, revenue, or access to a third-party account. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Orbit during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Orbit at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, a breach of these terms, legal requirements, fraud, abuse, or risks to users, third parties, or the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as Orbit changes. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
